Dough:
1-1/2 Cups of flour
3/4 Cup of Milk
2 Eggs (Dense Dumpling) 1 Egg (Fluffier Dumpling)
1 Teaspoon Baking Soda
1/4 Teaspoon Salt
Mom's Healing Broth
Ginger
Onions
Celery
Carrots
Cayenne
Black Pepper

Dumplings:
Combine all ingrediants and mix together into a dough.
Roll the dough into a 1/8" thick sheet and cut into squares
Let the squares rest for 10-30 minutes.
Drop the squares into boiling broth. Cook until they float.
